A rib beanie hat for men and women made with softest lambswool in the Scottish Borders. This hat has a slanting rib design and a turn up brim for extra warmth, and so the hat can be adjusted to fit any head size.

100% Lambswool that’s spun and dyed in Kinross using GOTS approved dyes. Mulesing free.
Made in Hawick.
There is a very small amount of elastane in the rib to ensure a snug fit.
This grey beanie hat is made locally to me in the Scottish Borders, using a digital accessory knitting machine. It's important to me to only use local manufacturers if I can't make a design myself, so that I can visit them regularly, fully understand all the processes involved, and get to know the people who make them.
Choosing high quality, natural fibres is really important to me, and the lambswool used to make the Barra beanie hat is Responsible Wool Standard certified. This ensures high animal welfare standards, care for soil health and biodiversity, and the welfare and working conditions of the workers.
It feels great too, which is what matters most when wearing your grey beanie hat!
